As a new homeowner, the thought of hiring a contractor was, in itself, overwhelming. Jeff and his crew put me at ease right away. They took time to walk around my house with me to review my to do list, they highlighted what needed to be done right away and items that could wait, they provided referrals and coordinated a great group of subcontractors, and they explained the process in understandable terms. They completed my list of random and assorted items quickly and smoothly (and readily incorporated a few new projects that I decided to have done last minute). They never made me feel silly for asking a rookie question or asking for help with something that a handier person might have done herself.
