FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not complicated. I just need to know exactly what you need and want and where it will happen. I can never answer emails that simply ask, "what are your rates?" because I don't know what you need. I am not a commodity but a service and that service is tailored to your needs. This is why I engage in back and forth emails (or a phone call) so that I can give a proper estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical, starts with rapport. Talk to me, email me, call me. The first thing I do is find out what you need, want and expect and then I determine if I can solve your problem. I don't take work for the sake of work or money. I take it based on whether or not I feel I can help you. Communication is the first and foremost rule whether we are just meeting, your are just inquiring or we've already shot together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always learning new things in the area of photography. Plus repetition of old things, is reinforcement for what I know and this is a great validation.
