I can’t recommend Holistik Living highly enough!
I began Yoga and Health Coaching with Maytrelli about 6 months ago. My first time ever trying Yoga. I expected to learn how to stretch and limber up my body, but I had no idea of the amazing benefits I would gain through this process so far. Maytrelli is very knowledgeable, with years of study in India, but she was very cognizant of my beginner status and tailored lessons so that I could handle them and that, surprisingly to me, they are incredibly FUN!
She takes a Holistic approach (as the name suggests) and through her wellness coaching knowledge, and here engaging style, I have experienced a shift in my whole attitude and thinking about my health - mind, body, and spirit.
An unintended but very pleasant result of this process is that I have slimmed down to the tune of about 15 pounds!
I guess if I were to have any complaint at all, it’s that I’m gonna need to buy new pants in a smaller waist size! :-)

I was invited to attended a crystal bowl sound bath day retreat where Maytrelli Diaz did shamanic healing, sound therapy, played instruments, did chanting, and lead breathwork. She is a wonderful treasure to experience in the workshop and retreat setting.

I thought I was fairly healthy. But have improved on that greatly and lost some weight. No more heartburn. Wonderful experience . I feel so much more lighter😀
