After getting multiple bids and ideas for our weed factory of a backyard, I met Andy, and things fell into place immediately. He is personable, professional, and trustworthy, and the work he and his crew did was beyond expectation. Our goal was to remove all sod (aka weeds) in our backyard, and install a french drain. They did that and more, including kindly transplanting my favorite plant, and leaving our backyard clean and exactly what we wanted. They went over their bid in dump fees, and unexpectedly pulled out a massive stump, but stuck to their claim and didn't add anything extra to our bill. I'm furiously looking for friends and family who need work done on their property so I can insist they hire Andy & Co. I highly recommend Clement & Company, and would certainly work with them again ourselves!

I was very pleased with Clement and Company. They were great and did a supper job. Very neat and respectfull of the property. If we needed them we would hire them again!

The job seemed routine: excavate for 120 linear feet of foundation for a garage plus 4 concrete piers for the carport. Andy and Bill showed up for the initial inspection, explained the process, time line and the approximate cost. Their bid soon arrived, which looked good so I went with it.
Clement & Co arrived on site on time with all the equipment you’d expect. The excavator was off loaded, the dump truck staged and routine excavation began. Two hours into it odd items began to turn up such as very old style sewer pipes, a side walk and old engine parts. More concrete was followed by more auto parts and scrap metal of all types plus a dump site for building and painting materials. I believe that consecutive property owners from the 1940s, the 1960s and the 2000s just dumped their garbage then paved or filled over it. At any rate it all had to go.
It cost and addition 2 hours plus dump fees for a substantial amount of unburied concrete. I recommend Clement & Co because of the way they responded when the routine went bad.

Andy gave me a pretty accurate estimate for the cost of removing my driveway and pathway to the front porch of my house. He and his crew were on time, did what they said they were going to do, and left the area ready for the forms to be put in place. The job was done on time and left me in good shape for the next step of my project. I would recommend Clement & Company and would definitely use them again.

Andy and crew did an amazing job removing my driveway and the walking path to my front door. When they were finished the area was totally prepared for the framing crew to do their job the following day. Andy's estimate was very close to the final cost. There were a couple of issues that couldn't be foreseen, but he explained the difference to me and it was fair. I got three estimates for my job and Andy's was better by several hundred dollars. I would definitely ask him to work for me again.

After getting a few bids on some yard drainage installation and excavation for an outbuilding on my property, I decided to go with Clement & Company. They had very competitive pricing and Bill was really easy to talk to. They did an awesome job and were always receptive to my last minute changes! They also recommended a great concrete guy for my foundation and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Andy and Bill are the best!!! They removed a mountain of dirt from the excavation and came back later to help connect a sewer line when I was in a crunch to get it done over Labor Day weekend. If I didn't already have a builder I would have chosen them. They do great work, have reasonable rates and problem solve to reduce costs. They are the best!

I would recomend them to anyone who was interested in quality work at a reasonable price.As a facilities Director on comercial buildings I am always working with lots of different contractors and these folks were a pleasure to work with and they did a great job.

Andy Clement & Company recently removed our old broken driveway. He estimated the hourly rate which was quite reasonable. He offered suggestions to improve the base stability and added crushed rock to the base along with compacting. Adding the rock provided for a much better foundation and also saved on cement costs.
He suggested a concrete finisher who also did a terrific job, again at a good cost/value.
Along our street there were three driveways replaced within the same month. Ours was the most cost effective and also the best in quality.
It's nice to have quality work these days at a reasonable price.
