Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We most commonly clean individual homes, condos and apartments. We do not offer commercial services. We do recurring services, moveins, moveouts, and deep cleanings! Just ASK!
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask about licensing, bonding, and insurance.
Ask if the people working for you are employees and NOT contractors. If someone gets hurt in your home and their company is not paying labor and industry insurance for them, guess who they migh sue if their medical is not covered? Protect yourself and your home.
Ask about employee retention. And ask about what supplies they will be using.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We are small, but mighty, and we live of and stand by our reputation. If something is wrong, we will fix it. We are organized, stable, and have been in business for four years.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We like to help families order their busy lives. We think of our customers and friends and when something needs attention, we take it very personally and act immediately!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. I think the most common question that I get is will we get the same people each time. And the answer is that we have a very high retention rate and we take the time to get to know your home as our own. On a team of two there will always be an experienced crew member at your home, and most often both people have been there several times. We have some of the same customers that we've had since we started still working with us, and there's a reason for that!
