Mr. Voelker came to my aid following an unwarranted traffic stop and subsequent arrest. He advised me during the incident as well as immediately following my release. At the hearing all charges were dropped, the case was dismissed and a formal apology was made by the DA's office. Mr. Voelker handled this case with tremendous calm and attention to detail; I had hardly stepped foot into the court room for the hearing before the prosecuting attorney shook my hand and formally dropped the charges.
