A. Make sure the service provider understand your needs, and understand the best options for your needs. Some contractors seem to be looking out for themselves in how they choose to do the work, while some go overboard and cost you to much money. We try to find that sweet spot that give you the most value for your money, based on what you tell us you are looking for.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. While what we do does take skill and practice, none of what we do is rocket science. To us it comes down to caring about what you do and having clear communication with the customer so they understand the process and results to be expected.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. I recommend trusting your feeling about the person you are talking to. Do they seem to have a command of what they are doing and understanding your needs. Also to make sure they are licensed bonded and insured.
