The purpose of my practice is to design a session and promote whole body wellness based on your specific needs at the time of your consultation. My aim is to create a healing and safe environment to allow your body to recover, restore and rejuvenate. I encourage people of all lifestyles, ages and profession to experience the effects of bodywork.

As a sports-minded person, I understand the need to resolve, move injuries and carry on in the pursuit of individual goals. It is my desire to help you continue and regain the ability of pain-free movement. We will design together a bodywork session to provide resolution from the demands of an active life style and the stresses of your daily life.

Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. The honest answer is each connection with a client defines how your body will receive the work...if I don't have the tools you need to help you achieve whole body wellness I will match up to other bodyworkers for a better fit.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Working with people who have a great interest in health.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How often do you think it is necessary to receive bodywork? Typically once a month is a great way to maintain muscle health but if you are dealing with an injury we may need to work more often in the beginning.
