You guys did a great job on transferring our old tapes to DVD’s. The quality is very good and your service was very fast. I think you ended up doing around 35 tapes for us. I will pass your name along to other folks in Ketchikan that are thinking about getting old tapes reformatted, thanks again - Phil

When my parents were downsizing, we found a bunch of old 8mm film reels and had no idea what was on them and what it would cost to have someone transfer the content on to DVDs. I received a prompt email bid after hours, and Ryan answered all my questions about the process. The project was completed on time and my family is thrilled with the results. We just found several more reels and will definitely use Ryan again. This company comes with my highest recommendation.

Ryan transferred an old mini-DV family video of mine to DVD. His turnaround time was extremely fast, he was friendly and courteous and accomodating, and he delivered a top-notch product for minimal expense (compared to other Seattle transfer facilities). I highly recommend his business!

This is the second time I've used Ryan's services in the past 3 years. I had a 30 year old VHS that he was able to clean and get a clear picture written to the DVD. He was fast and local. I would recommend his services.

I could not have been more pleased employing Ryan to transfer 40 plus hours of Hi 8 videos of my family compiled over 18 years. He worked quick, satisfactorily answered ALL my questions, gave me options, was fiscally responsible to my budget needs and had a wonderful caring demeanor throughout. At one point I changed the photos to accompany the back of the DVDs. No problem, Ryan was gracious and patient. Customer satisfaction was his main principle. I highly recommend using Seattle Video Transfer for any/all your video transfer needs. The only thing that could have made my experience better was... if it was free!!

For Mother's Day I wanted to transfer 2 VHS tapes to DVD. Just a few days before I needed this completed, Ryan took on the job and finished it in three hours same day. He is quite professional. It saved me the fee of sending it somewhere out of state or waiting while Costco would send it out of state.

I needed a number of mini cassettes transferred to DVD for my work and Seattle Video Transfer was extremely helpful, enthusiastic, flexible and speedy in getting the order together. I priced other companies for the conversion costs and Seattle Video Transfer was by far the best price. I highly recommend this company and will call them again with my future projects. I am happy to support a well-run local business that prioritizes customer happiness.

I had a single video of a childhood play that was recorded over 20 years ago. Seattle Video Transfer did an awesome job and was so fast. Ryan’s turnaround time was under 24 hours and he was professional and friendly every step of the way. I opted for custom packaging and Ryan provided a zany, creative touch which made it the perfect gift for my family in addition to a precious keepsake for me. I was thoroughly delighted by the finished product and will definitely use Seattle Video Transfer and Ryan again for any future video transfer needs.

Ryan produced a wonderful custom video recording of my son’s senior piano concerto at his high school. From meeting me at the performance center before the concert to check out the venue, to putting up with all the family requests, to editing several versions of the final video, Ryan was professional, friendly, reassuring, and just a pleasure to work with. He is detail-oriented, on-time, and has a ready smile—all very important for anxiety-producing situations. We are so happy to have found him for this project and would trust him with capturing any similar once-in-a-lifetime event.

This is the 2nd project that I used Ryan for and as always he did an amazing job. I would recommend his services to anyone and will continue use him myself for any DVD, video, or media project. He went above and beyond to original request to provide a product that far exceeded my expectations. I also ran into some unforeseen challenges with the timing of the project and he put in extra time to make sure this was done so I could meet a deadline. The creativity that goes into the projects and the quality of the final product is second to none. I highly recommend his services.

Ryan did a great job transferring 50+ year old 8mm movie film to a DVD. The picture quality was excellent given the condition of some of the film. The movies were all of family gatherings and most people have passed on. My mother-in-law was thrilled with being able to see so many relatives from her youth. My husband and I will be visiting his parents this summer (in MI) and we both look forward to viewing again with his mom and dad. With the magic of current technology it is great to give a gift of memories to family members.

I have two grown daughters who are very close, but one lives on the east coast, and the other lives on the west coast. I thought a DVD with edited film and photos of their childhood would be a wonderful Christmas gift for them, as well as a way to preserve VHS footage that had been tucked away. I found Seattle Transfer while searching the Internet. Ryan Graves was a pleasure to work with, and the turn-around time was impressive. He provided a beautiful DVD that we all treasure. It brought this mother to tears! I highly recommend Ryan and Seattle Transfer.

Friends from church told us about this company and we were very pleased with all the owner gave us. He was so knowledgeable and so professional and our project turned out so beautiful. We were a bit anxious about all the details but he alleviated our anxiety with his help. He did a second project for us soon after that and it was extremely impressive. In fact, my boss saw it and ordered the same project for corporate HQ.
