- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an initial meeting with my potential client either in person. Or over the phone. I find out what their vision and budget are. I go over some ideas if they are open to them. I provide my client with a Pre invoice to go over. The second meeting will lock in my customer when at that time all deposits are due.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Birthday Parties (all ages), Luncheons, Small Weddings, Interactive Cooking Classes (all ages), Picnic Basket Pick up (Seasonal), Intimate Settings (2 or more people).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that the provider understands all of your needs up front. This helps with misunderstandings and over charging in the future.
