I just wanted to thanks Blue Bear Catering so much for everything. I have not gotten so many compliments on the food. Chef Jay and his staff were highly organized and effectively delivered on a very tight timeline, all the while maintaining his cool and focus. A lot of people took his information and I hope him get some business from it. The presentation was unique and enjoyable. Chef Jay prepared a course that combines Italian and modern American with Asian fusion cuisine. One of my guests said to me it was the best thing she's ever tasted. The Staff was great they did everything perfectly and of course I will get in touch with Blue Bear Catering again. I hope this review will help his business.
