I hired Chef Pieter for a birthday dinner party. Pieter was very responsive and easy to communicate throughout the planning. He prepared an amazing 5-course meal for our friends; every course was exceptional. The service he provided was next-level too. He took care of everything from setting the table to cooking to cleaning afterwards. We couldn’t be happier!

Had an amazing event with chef Peter. Very easy process of planning our holiday dinner party. He was punctual, professional yet personable. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to use the finest local, organic and seasonal ingredients possible. My fee generally starts at $200 per person. This includes the initial menu consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer I like to schedule an initial call to try and zero in on the vision the client has. If the client is open to suggestion can help co create the meal/event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for amazing mentors that challenged me to constantly grow. My real training came from working in kitchens where I learned to nurture my raw talent, learn to work hard and be fearless.
