Triathlon training, weight lifting, muscle definition, sports nutrition, senior fitness, rehabilitative medicine - I've done it all.
I utilize a variety of training techniques and methods including cross training and circuit training. Also, I encourage a minimal to moderate use of sports supplements such as multivitamins and protein powder.
A. I think the thing that stands out the most about myself from my colleagues is my demeanor and work ethic. I'm laid back, but driving, I'm compassionate and understanding of people's needs, but I aint nobody's mama :) In all seriousness, I think I'm fun when I need to be and pushy when I need to be. Also, I have an extensive knowledge base in the triathlon discipline and sports nutrition, which I feel is less common amongst other trainers.

A. The most common question people ask me is, "How long will it take me to lose 30 lbs?" 30 lbs, being a common goal for people somewhat overweight. I tell them with at least three days a week of hard exercise, with a commitment to work hard each and every session, and to be consistent, "About 3 months."
