Need to work out, but can't find the time or the right class? Personal training is the class for you. Schedule sessions at your convenience, mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Through individual guidance and support, properly learn and execute exercises that meet your immediate needs and long term goals.

In Personal Training, the focus will be on core strength and flexibility. This is the foundation for long sustained fitness. We use dyna bands and fitballs. These items are very portable. The benefit is more physical energy and mental alertness; enjoyment of recreational activities; relief for existing injuries and prevention of new ones; and better night sleep and appetite.

Your time is precious, use personal training to maximize the quality of your life. These sessions are especially suited for men who don't feel comfortable in existing group classes or other programs.

I have been instructing dance/fitness classes for adults and youth for over 20 years. I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I combine dance and specialized core and stretch exercises in a fun and accessible class. I work with beginning to advance level students.

I design dance and fitness classes to meet the specific needs of each individual or group. My dance background is based in Afro Latin Jazz, Modern and Hip Hop. Being physically fit is a great self-esteem and confidence booster.

I have choreographed for the 5th Avenue Theatre: HAIR, The Wizard of Oz; The Village Theatre: Once on This Island; Broadway Bound Children's Theater: High School Musical, Dreamgirls, Grease, FAME, Little Shop of Horrors; Seattle Theatre Group: Dance this.

I continue to instruct dance/fitness classes to K-12 grade youth in public and private schools all over the county. One of the most satisfying accomplishments is working one on one with adults who have physical limitations from injury and designing a fitness program that helps them with daily functional activities.

Another is watching youth gain confidence and self esteem from learning and performing a dance routine with their peers. I feel dance and its health benefits should be apart of everyday life.

I have been doing a private core strength class with Chris for over a year and it has made an enormous difference in my health. I used to have back problems and they are no more - core strength helps protect your back by developing all of the core muscles. I love to play tennis and core strength helps in your balance and stability.

Chris' approach is to do floor work with you while he focuses on proper form and technique. He varies the exercises in a nice way and is attentive to specific concerns: for example, shoulder flexibility is important in tennis and Chris' has shown me appropriate exercises to help there. Chris' personality is laid-back and at the same time helpful and intelligent: when you ask a question, you get a thoughtful answer.

Chris' core strength training is an excellent addition to any sport where balance, stability, and flexibility are important; it is also great training for people who are trying to get back into shape, as I was, after many years of neglect.

I recommend Chris without reservation. He is a great teacher.
