- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Individual rates: going to clients location 100$ per session for 1x a week 95$ per session for 2x a week 90$ per session for 3x a week or more Individual rates: at my own studio 90$ per session for 1x a week 85$ per session for 2x a week 80$ per session for 3x a week or more Group sessions: 50$ per person 1x a week 45$ per person 2x a week 40$ per person 3x a week or more The more you buy the more you save is my motto. All billing is done monthly recurring.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off by accessing a clients ability to squat, lunge, hinge, push and pull. From there I design a custom program that takes into account limitations and the clients goal to give them the quickest results possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied exercise science at Central Washington University before I worked as a strength and conditioning coach for the men’s basketball team at Olympic College for 2 years. I have 3 years of experience as a personal training director at LA Fitness.
