In my long 25- year career as a personal trainer, I have learned anyone can benefit from exercise, especially aging adults and seniors. As we age, our bones get softer, our muscles grow weaker and balance is compromised. The quality of life we once had will start diminishing if we don't keep active.
Forever Strong Personal Training offers one- to- one fitness programs for adults based on their individual physical needs and fitness goals. I can provide one-to-one personal training in the privacy of your own resident or at my Alki Beach studio. My programs concentrate on strength, function, mobility, flexibility and balance. As a certified fitness professional I work closely with each client to ensure a good rapport. This helps my clients feel safe and confident while actively engaging in their own personal exercise program
