My studio on Alki Beach opens up to a large wooden deck backed in a beautiful green space of trees. In the summer, it allows us the opportunity to work both inside and outside. My clients love the open atmosphere and the constant gentle breeze. We work in a relaxed spa atmosphere. I find it helps slow down the movements when performing intense resistant type exercises. Many times, for a change of pace, we'll work out on the beach just a block away. I also travel to some clients who prefer working out in their own homes or studios.
My workouts are individualized for each client's needs. They are challenging and very effective. They include cardio (elliptical, walking or running) with combination resistant training, including free weights, bands, stability ball, medicine balls and Pilates machine.
