- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer low end and high end training packages depending on the frequency chosen by the client This being said we have a training package that will fit everyone’s budget. I have always felt that finances should never get in the way of clients success.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a complementary initial consultation for prospective clients pointing them in the right direction to get them started on their fitness journey. After finding the "IT" factor in their goals and learning more about the client, we then take them through a 20 to 30 minute assessment where we focus on the strengths and weakness that the prospective client may have and all the while explaining the time frame that they can expect to achieve their goals and teaching them how and why our training programs and guidance will get them where they want to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the trainers at Tier 1 Body have a background in some sport. We are all certified in one of the 5 top 5 certifications in the United States. We all live the life of health and fitness and have our own unique training program. Kendall is NASM certified and played football and was a member of the Armed forces for 10 years. That background makes him an excellent choice for those who have sports performance as a goal. My years in the military helping my fellow sailors lose enough weight in 6 months to get within Navy standards make me an ideal trainer for those looking to shed those extra pounds fast. Finally I have worked for a few big box gyms over the years as a trainer, manager and district manger. This experience has helped me hone all my skills and has given me access to a number of people types of all fitness levels. John is one of the most knowledgeable professionals I have met. He stays on the pulse of all the news about fitness, nutrition and training. It’s why he is the number two guy here at Tier 1 Body. His level of discipline is unparalleled, he trains himself hard and holds himself to a higher standard. And this he translates over to his clients...giving his all and expecting no less from his clients.
