Introduction: Nathan is a professional photographer based in Washington. He does freelance work taking creative images to meet his clients' needs. He specializes in on-location lighting for both commercial and portrait photography. He has a keen aesthetic for composition that he combines with state-of-the-art technical skills and many years of experience in the field. In addition to his commercial and portrait contracts, he undertakes at least one humanitarian assignment every year. These projects have led him and his camera into more than twelve countries in Europe, Africa, Latin America, Asia, and the South Pacific. It is his intention to communicate both the beauty and the suffering in the world, taking photographs of people living under oppression and risky environments to help them in securing aid and understanding.
