A. The demand for construction in the 80s was plentiful and i loved hard work after i noticed what my work did for people it gave me sense of satisfaction now the demand is customer service its just natural to do this and i just do my job and people are greatful let me in the door....

A. I would say Get your licensed ... and learn how to be a good listener and patience helps alot in this field people skills are more important then the skill at hand we know how to be great plumbers but it takes great people skills to get the job and keep the customers
