Often I realize that it's just the word 'hypnosis' that has the stigma because nearly everyone uses hypnosis now. Therapists use regression, guided meditation, creative visualization all the time with their clients and all of these are Hypnosis. Often I hear concerns that clients will be made to say or do things that will be embarrassing. They are concerned that they will say or do something against their will or will be compelled to do something that they wouldn't normally do. I can assure you that the type of relaxation and hypnosis methods I use allow you to remember and know everything that is going on. In order to make changes in your habits, it's important for you to access your preferred method of creative thinking.
I know that there is something about me that makes people feel comfortable and free to share their stories with me so that we can start moving in a new direction as soon as possible. It is important to face those issues honestly and with courage early in our work together so that you are able to realize the changes you are expecting or hoping for. There seems to be an allowing vibration in the healing space that helps people to accomplish things they never thought would be possible. I am naturally driven to learn continually. As a teacher, I am a lifelong learner, and spend much of my free time studying the newest ground breaking discoveries in science, medicine, physics and human potential. Sports and Personal Performance are my special areas of interest, so I work with athletes, performers, students and professionals who are looking for a competitive edge. I also work with individual adults who wish to improve their relationships and interpersonal skills; conflict resolution, love, romance, confidence. Seeing people realize their dreams is very rewarding but what I enjoy more is the process. I like the doing of it, the day to day working with people and being able to have a career that supports my living, while loving what I do. I love holding retreats and classes as groups of people holding similar intentions brings a whole new energy to the learning and healing process. Classes and groups are my favorite part of my career. I am grateful that I am able to get paid to do what I do naturally. I am a creative visualizer, who is constantly adding things up on some level of my mind. Over time, enough information is attained and an epiphany is reached and my client is there to experience this revelation and celebration. I can't imagine having to stop doing what I do as a counselor and coach. This career allows me to blend so many of my passions into one vocation. I care about people and have an instinct to help, to relieve pain or to notice what is overlooked. I could go on and on about this. Maybe I should develop a class on finding your passion filled vocation and career.
