A little over a year ago, I made the decision that my daughter and I would learn how to properly defend ourselves against an attacker should this unfortunate event ever present itself. We decided to take training from Joanne Factor of Strategic Living in Seattle. It has been 11 months, and a handful of classes later, and we feel 110% confident that we could protect ourselves if necessary.
Joanne Factor is amazing. She not only describes and teaches us in easy to understand instruction, but she also teaches us the physical and mental skills necessary to properly disable an attacker.
I give Joanne Factor the highest rating possible and highly recommend everyone and anyone take her training classes ! Even in the face of serious issues, Joanne also makes classes fun and exciting. Joanne's classes definitely should be taken by any and all women and teens ready to take off to college. Thanks Joanne !!
