A "month of coordinator" would be a more accurate description of what we do. We get to know our clients, ask a lot of questions, and create a fool proof game plan to insure a smooth running event. With our two person team, we can be everywhere we need to be to cue and action all the details.

Alissa and Meredith from Maris Events are simply fantastic. Our wedding was perfect because of them. We were so happy we chose to hire these two amazing ladies to help on our wedding day. Their enthusiasm and work ethic are outstanding. They were very easy to work with and were always available when we had questions during the planning process. Both ladies are married themselves and understand what it takes to make a wedding successful.
We had a large wedding, about 215 people, and because of their efforts everything went smoothly. Our parents and our guest were able to enjoy our wedding so much more because of Alissa and Meredith. They worked with all our vendors and wedding party to make sure everyone was where they should be and knew what to do. They handled all issues that came up; from running to buy more ice to making sure we had a microphone for giving toasts.
One of the most valuable services they provide was the development of a timeline. They helped us develop a detailed timeline of our entire wedding day from the moment we woke up through cleanup. The ladies both worked hard to make sure we followed our timeline. During our big day they were always around to remind us where to be and what to do. We never felt rushed and feel our wedding was as stress free as it could have been. There were so many small details we feel we would have missed if not for them.
When we first started planning, we seriously debated whether we actually needed wedding coordinators. We had a strict budget and thought we could use our money in a better way. In the end, we couldnt imagine our big day without them. We feel they are the best investments we made. The value they bring is well worth the expense. After spending thousands of dollars on a on a wedding, it was worth the cost to hire Maris Events to make sure everything went according to plan. We highly recommend them!
