FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Photographing Family, Senior, and Personal portraits, Pets, Candids, Event Photography, Engagement, Music Photography/Live Performance, Maternity, Landscape/Nature, Weddings, Modeling, Boudoir, Fine Art, and images for business cards, websites, publishing, portfolios, marketing, and social utilities like Facebook/Linked In. No one size fits all, so I customize my approach for each client to meet their individual needs. I do the typical portraits and I also am up for doing something different for those with non-traditional or artistic tastes.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Contact them and ask them questions. A professional photographer should be able to consult you on good clothing choices, do both studio and on-location using both film and digital cameras, and understand painting with light. If they take portraits, they should be excellent with people and families. If they don't love families and people, they likely will not be a good choice for portraits. They should understand what to wear in portraits, line and design, how to get good expressions, and create art that is timeless rather than a passing fad. Of course, if it is your desire, we can always break the rules too. It is your portraits! It is my goal to give you a free consultation prior to the session to discuss your options and custom design your portrait to your specific needs and dreams. I want to make a beautiful custom made piece of art of you and your family that can be treasured now and for all time.
