Introduction: At The Yoga Den, we feel it is important for men to experience a better connection with themselves and each other. Through the practice of yoga, we can strengthen the mind, body and spirit while reconnecting with our community.
Providing a supportive environment geared towards guys, The Yoga Den offers men the opportunity to benefit from the physical and meditative qualities that a yoga practice offers.
Our classes blend kripalu, ashtanga and viniyoga styles that emphasize foundational poses, building strength, stamina, and flexibility and cultivate breath awareness through mindfulness.
Classes are for all levels. Beginners are welcome.
We also offer private one-on-one classes to introduce yoga to beginners or to assist you in deepening your practice.
