I use the Feldenkrais method(r), hatha yoga, and movement inquiry to help you develop:
* self-awareness
* healthy, graceful and potent movement
* access to your creative flow
We begin with your questions, and I guide you through a process of inquiry through movement. Sometimes you move yourself, and sometimes I move you with my hands. The process is gentle and fascinating.
I bring to my classroom teaching and my private sessions a great deal of warmth, intelligence, and curiosity.
A. Talk to your potential teacher/tutor/guide in person or on the phone. If you still have questions after the conversation, ask for a sample of their work. Ask to speak with someone with whom they have already worked.
A. Learning about yourself through movement may seem confusing at first, because many of us are taught to ignore our physical sensations. Don't try to understand it with your head. Sense it with your body.
