Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I recommend that you ask them what training they have in and how many hours and years. I would also ask them what school of yoga they are trained. Be sure and ask for a phone interview first so you get a feel for how the person connects with you before paying money to meet with them.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. The right questions are anything that you want to know that will help you and get you what you want. Be sure to ask how much they charge for their services and what that gets you. Prepare your questions before hand so you are sure to get the information you need so you are sure ther service provider fit your needs.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I have over 500 hours of training in the practice of yoga and asana. I provide individualized programs for my clients. I also have a personal resource of fellow teachers whom I can consult to give you the best and most appropriate program.

A. I love to help people learn how to feel better physically and mentally.
