Introduction: Phantom Curve arose out of a desire to be the best at what I do, at any scale. As a lifelong dabbler and misfit, who has worn many hats in many industries, I came into the trades as someone who wanted to become educated on how good buildings should function, and more importantly, how to improve failing building assemblies and build better assemblies from scratch. I am continually studying building science and techniques and adding new skills to the business offerings, and will only offer my services if I am confident I can absolutely improve the assembly and bring my clients joy and peace of mind. I feel driven to be a helper and optimistic provider of real solutions to problems of any scale, and am quick to recommend the right solution even if I'm not it.

I try to keep my prices as low as I possibly can so that I can help as many folks as possible. My pricing policy does account for and include overhead markup, sales tax, and any applicable merchant service fees.

Gather essential information and have an ice-breaker conversation to make sure there's a good initial fit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Decades of customer service work, many years training how to manage people, projects, time. Continuing education constantly for trade work to improve building practices to meet modern demands and stand the test of time.
