We had a relatively new laptop that suddenly stopped working. We live in Fall City, so North Bend was convenient, and we're so glad that we chose Case Closed. Robert was available, immediately started the work to diagnose, and kept in regular touch with us. He soon learned that the problem was corrosion at the power plug-in point. Yes - we had spilled some water on the computer, but thought we had dried it off... He thought it was worth it order a new corrosion-free part, which he thought probably wouldn't work, but since it was a $15 part, he felt was worth the try, and we agreed. Unfortunately, it did not work - the motherboard was fried. So, he downloaded all our data to an external drive, pulled out the internal SSD so that we could sell it or install it in another computer, showed us the corrosion, which was also at the USB ports, and advised that we could probably sell the laptop for parts, too. He then did research and gave us a list of recommended replacement laptops. On top of all of this, we felt that his invoice was very fair. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

Well My Computer Crashed due to a Windows 10 update, Which i Didn't even want, Robert Was Friendly, Was able to retrieve all my pics/music/ Which was great, Ty So Much for your help, he also installed a program to stop the update from happening again, Jim
