Question and answer

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Absolutely!

In this industry, you have to stay on top of current and future technologies. I check out various webinars and go to as many seminars as I can. Most recently, I took a refresher course on different printing techniques and how those techniques react to different types of paper. Later this year, I'll be going to a presentation regarding color and how the human eye sees it.

I am constantly trying to learn more about my craft and how I can do a better job for my clients.

Q. Write your own question and answer it.

A. Q. What advice do you have for potential customers looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Don't make decisions based on money alone. A good designer might cost more up-front, but the cheap usually does end up being expensive in the long run.

A good designer is going to take the time to get to know you AND your business. They'll ask the important questions and do the research it takes to come up with the best solution for you.
