Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Non-traditional photography and image development. My portraits are candid, gorgeous and fun - no awkward posing, no old-school studio rules. Clients who hire me are looking for a fresh, emerging photographic style, that is as bright and unique as they are!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Photography is an art form, but a very expensive one to produce professionally. Equipment, lenses, studio space, lighting and training are costly and take time and experience to master. Don't settle for someone new who charges a low price and/or gives you all of your negatives, because you will likely get what you pay for: lackluster quality at a cheap price that will leave you disappointed.. and wishing for better.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Always ask to see samples of work specific to your type of session, and all from the same shoot. It's easy for a photographer to pick the top 10 pictures from 25 wedding shoots but a savvy customer will want to see the top 25 from ONE wedding shoot to gauge the true skill, creativity, and overall quality of the photographer.
