We can advise the customer about their project but at the end its their final call because the most important is to meet the customer needs. Sunshine pro had replaced Mr Sundeep deck board according to the same measurements of the deck. However the client didn’t like the spacing between the board. The pro has waited and advised the client with other options of spacing and client went to get different deck screw . The pro get all the board billed and used different screw with no extra charge and the client was satisfied with the spacing. The client wanted to paint the railing different color and ask the pro to sand to remove the old color and he did. However , paint couldn’t remove completely. The pro advised the client about it and the client said if not able to remove just paint it same color again.So he did and no extra charge. There was a back and forth on the client decision and never has a final decision from start to finish . Its a very small deck that supposed to be done in a day but because of decision making never final cause it took 2 days. Sunshine pro did not request any additional payment for multiple trip to go get materials although it was the client responsibility to provide the materials but didn’t have vehicle so sunshine sent vehicle to go get them without any extra charge. In addition sunshine pro has exempted Mr Sundeep tax on materials purchased. At sunshine pro services the goal is to satisfy all customers regardless the size of the project because if you are not happy then we won’t happy as well . Client allows to call us over and over to get their job done properly because we are here for you and without you we wont have business to conduct so we take it seriously.
