- What types of customers have you worked with?
I excavate and pour footings & foundations for homes, shops, garages, mobile homes, etc. I have done quite a few additions to existing homes as well as built unattached garages to existing homes. I connect homes to sewer stubs. In many cases, we'll add a bathroom in the basement at the same time we hook up the house. It's the best time to plumb for a downstairs bathroom.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would strongly advise comparing prices, but the cheapest contractor is not always the best. Get a written quote from each contractor with a fairly detailed scope of work. Make sure the scope is what you are asking for. Each contractor may have a different interpretation of your project, thus their pricing is very different. Talk to your contractor and make sure you feel comfortable with them.
