Called for a bid to re-level a 1890's Brunswick pool table, 4 slab slate, re-felt table and rails. They showed up with no straight edge or putty to fill slate seems. I had to run into town to buy them some putty. The whole time they worked I had to keep questioning why they were not re-leveling the table or straight edging the slate joints before they did putty or felt. They were annoyed at their "experience" being questioned. After they finished, I took videos of the pool balls drifting to the right or left depending on which end of the table you were shooting from. In two places on the table the ball would literally come to a stop and roll back at you and come to a stop in a seam. I had to call them back to fix what they did not do the first time. As they huffed and puffed at being annoyed with my expectations of having a table that would be playable, I ended up literally kicking them out of my house after I was told very impolitely that I was unreasonable and that a table of that age could not be leveled. I demanded refund and only got back $200. I was promised the rest as long as I did not leave any bad reviews, you tube videos etc. Never got that money so here I am giving the honest review. I ended up leveling the table myself and re-felting it. The table plays great, and apparently my inexperience did a better job than their "30 years" of laziness. Their only response was that I should have paid them more if I wanted a better job done...... Uh... isn't that what the bid was for?

We never told you he could not level the table tell the truth you just kept bugging him and not letting him to come and do his job WE NEVER SAID ANYTHING LIKE THIS WE DONT BUY SUPPLIES FOR THE CUSTOMER AND NOT GET PAID FOR IT WHY DONT YOU TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH JASON NOTHING BETTER TO DO ( I was promised the rest as long as I did not leave any bad reviews, you tube videos etc. Never got that money so here I am giving the honest review. I ended up leveling the table myself and re-felting it. The table plays great, and apparently my inexperience did a better job than their "30 years" of laziness. Their only response was that I should have paid them more if I wanted a better job done...... Did not hire. Was told we would have to supply a helper for the move. They did not remember the correspondence we had.

What types of customers have you worked with?
We Mostly Move a pooltable from one house to another up to 300 miles and we put the table back together level it and then we recover the table what ever the color the customer wants with up to 25 colors to choose from.It normally takes about a hour to take apart and then up to 3 to 4 hours to put back together and looks like a brand new table.We Treat our customers like if it was our table and with the most greatest respect.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make Sure your provider knows what they are doing and is looking to make sure they have the most intent to take care of your pooltable no matter what they use to haul your table have been using a truck since 1988 and have never had a problem hauling thousands of tables before and have had presidents of colleges and well known companys have never complained before always have recommended us to lots of other business and people need our service.We have lots of references and Recommendations about our work.
