A. Broken Springs and opener issues. Most people do not know how to properly maintain their garage doors! So, the spring will break without warning- usually making the garage door so heavy that you cannot lift it!
A heavy garage door can destroy a garage door opener. Almost all of the opener problems are caused by the garage door hardware being old and not working!
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Check around! Make sure that you get more than one bid! Sometimes, however, time is an issue- if your car is stuck in the garage, you may not have the time to check around.
We recommend checking the balance of your garage door 1-2 times per year. This will tell you how well your springs are counter-balancing the weight of your garage door. If the door is heavy, you want to start planning you repairs!

A. I love helping people with their garage door issues! I believe in educating the customer on how their system works, before giving them as many options as I can! There is usually a good, better, best fix for any garage door situation! Then, let the customer decide which is best for them..
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How much will it cost? This is a difficult question to answer over the phone. It's like having a funny noise in you car's engine- and asking the mechanic to give you a quote over the phone! Not easy to do.
However, we will give you all of your options, and then fix the problem as you request. We will never pressure you into spending more money than you want!
