Unsolicited advice is unwanted, and others "working on you" can often make things worse. I can't change someone who's not ready for coaching. 2. Insurance not accepted. (Exception HSA debit card payments) 3. Cost: Packages range from $45-70 a coaching session. The lowest package is $275 (packages of 5, 10, 20) I also offer Text Coaching $35 a month. 4. Coaching via phone, I do not offer 1 session, human behavior change rarely will occur in one session. (I coach couples individually, for faster results) Weekly on Thursday I have office hours, I am live answering questions. Coaching focuses on the here and now, looking at where you are, where you want to be, and how you want to get there. It’s not about the past but the present and goals for the future. How are you going to get that job? What can you do to heal your relationship? What steps will move you closer to your goal? I am passionate about assisting individuals in reaching their goals, overcoming challenges and obstacles, and watching their lives change, as well as the lives of those around them. As a happiness coach, I help you define what happiness is and assist you in achieving it, once and for all! Success is not the key to happiness. However, happiness is the key to success. Coaching focuses on where you are now and how to move you forward powerfully. I offer support, enabling you to feel heard, seen, and understood, and to see things from a different perspective. Think of me as your thinking partner. Asking deep questions will lead to analyzing your patterns, cycles, thoughts, beliefs, stories, and behaviors that limit you or keep you stuck. I offer a new perspective and help you see a new way forward to achieving your goals, once and for all.
