Introduction: I started my retouching work working for Dorian Studios, who does student portraits for schools in seven states. I have increased my skills from there and now have clients in Spokane and the Seattle area. I am not just a zit-zapper, I am a digital artist who can do most anything you need to make your photos look the best they can. I use multiple editing programs to include Photoshop, Lightroom, Portraiture, and Topaz Remask. I have been an artist all my 40 years and a photographer for most of those. These tools and experience go into every one of my edits. We use pictures all the time to show people what we look like, advertise products, create memories, and display artistic expression. The better these images look, the better they are able to do what we want them to do. Regardless what the content or purpose of an image, the work I do enables an image to more closely match or even exceed the intent of those who created it. This provides meaning to my work. The fact that I can work from home, get clients from anywhere, and set my own schedule are all benefits as well.
