Robert came out ahead of schedule which was great as we needed someone sooner than later. The service was done quickly, and he was able to share some additional helpful information and guidance to ensure success moving forward. Altogether 10/10, very pleased, and while I hope that we don’t need to have any pest control come out again, he will be first on the list if we do. Thanks Robert!

First time using Thumbtack. I submitted a thoroughly written work request for insulation and vapor barrier replacement. Trey of Norpac responded very quickly with a text estimate. Far more reasonable than the other two estimates from companies that were not on Thumbtack. Three days later, after looking at the project and providing his recommendations, we agreed to give Trey the contract. He was prompt, personable and very courteous. He did not oversell, only showing us additional crawlspace areas that needed work, and rightfully so. The price was very reasonable. Thousands cheaper than other quotes. Other than a slight hiccup with the worker who did not complete the work on Saturday as scheduled, Trey showed up today and finished the rest of the job. He used code grade vapor barrier and insulation. He also used a safe exterminator fog system to freshen the air and eliminate residual rodent pheromones. My neighbor was so impressed, Trey is doing crawlspace work for him this Saturday.

Norpac pest was precessional, quick and on time. They flea treated my apartment. Did a quick and efficient job. I went back in about two hours after they were done and it didn’t smell bad like I expected. I would recommend them for anyone needing to get a treatment done.

We found a beehive at 9pm on a Wednesday night and hopped on Thumbtack. By 11am on Thursday it was gone. Trey was prompt and incredibly informative about bees in general, their hives, and next steps. They also guarantee their work if anything goes awry. Highly recommend for your Eastside bee (hive) needs.
