Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I put great value in customer service. I work directly with my customers right from the start, and I'm available to them all the way through the project. As a company we all take great pride in the quality of our work. I teach my employees to take ownership of their projects, and treat the customers as if they were the most important people they knew. I feel like what we do as a company actually makes a positive difference in people's lives. I really enjoy the one on one relationships we form with our customers, and being a part of making their home a better place. When the job is done and we've succeeded in bringing their vision to life it's really rewarding to see the smiles and excitement on their faces.

Tim made a small custom cabinet for us that matched existing cabinetry perfectly. In fact, his outstanding craftsmanship was even better. He then arranged some electrical work for us and did an impeccable job with drywall repair afterwards. In a sometimes flaky business, he is a stand-out. He calls and shows up when promised, is very fairly priced, and does a fantastic job!

Tim assembled furniture we bought at Ikea for our small office. There were a dozen of them and he did an excellent job in a timely manner. Was very prompt in communication as well.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

NW HomeWorks specializes in kitchen and Bath remodels. We can handle all phases of the remodeling project from moving walls to updating the plumbing and electrical to new paint and cabinets. With hundreds of remodels under our belts, you can rest assured you are in good experienced hands.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When choosing a contractor, it's really valuable to get multiple estimates, but don't just go with the cheapest one. Some contractors will throw out a low estimate just to get the job, but as the project unfolds, they will come to you for extra money saying, "oh that wasn't included", or "this came out higher than expected", and the price climbs and climbs. Read the estimate carefully, and make sure everything is spelled out clearly as to what is or isn't included for the price. Remodels can be full of unexpected costs, but an experienced contractor should be able to foresee the majority of issues that could arise and help you prepare for them.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Not only can we remodel your kitchen, but we can help you design and plan it as well. Whether you just need someone to consult on the design you've done yourself, or need help planning your cabinet layout, or even if you are looking for a full fledged interior designer, we can help. And many of our services are free!
