I have a home built in 1946 and I think there must have been three different types of insulation in the attic! There was evidence of rodents as well... I contacted Imelda for a quote and her crew (thank you so much, Carlos!!) were able to get started that weekend. They were punctual and thoughtful of my home, by putting up plastic sheeting to capture any debris. The job ended up being bigger than originally anticipated but they worked so hard to get it done! They completed the attic on the second morning and added R30 insulation in my crawlspace. Imelda is one of the kindest people I have met. She was responsive in communicating with me, she brought her crew lunch each day and got to enjoy meeting our special cat! The guys showed up on time and got a big job on our attic/crawlspace insulation removal/replacement, duct repair, attic access, vapor barrier replacement done in 2 days. The price was fair, and they left the site clean. We were able to be in the house while work was being done. They found some leaking under the house & repaired it for us, and were able to help us with other contractor contacts for other work we need to have done. They were very friendly and easy to work with- highly recommend!!

Would have picked all 5 categories if the app let me. This company was great. They cleaned the area of infestation, sealed around the entire addition foundation where they had gained access too. Insulated, vapor barrier the area and treated the fence line with pet safe repellent.

Excellent service, KLC was punctual, professional, did incredible quality work for excellent value. They were very responsive and stayed longer than estimated to make sure the job was done correctly. I was in a very difficult financial situation with an urgent rodent issue and they worked with me to establish price and payment plan that worked for me. Price wise they bested two other companies I had evaluate the space and offered to complete more work for the price. They even repaired a leak for me and laid traps in my crawl space. I would absolutely recommend them and will be a returning customer when I need my attic insulation redone. Thank you very much.

We had water trouble with our crawl space, and KL insulation did a great job in helping with our problems. They did a thorough job digging French drains and installing a backup sump pump to our existing setup to avoid a future sump pump accident. Their prices were a lot reasonable compared to other companies we reached out to. Definitely recommend.
