Dear Ever-So-Green Lawn Maintenance address 591 S 11th St, Tacoma, WA 98402,
I am a neighbor of one of your customers and I must say, I haven't seen anything done besides your "lawn care professionals" just mowing the lawn and leaving. It is really bad when I personally have to go over and pull the weeds, trim, and edge her yard. I am astounded that you are still in business. I talked to her yesterday (01JUN2012) and she has talked to one of your workers about your poor performance he quit on the spot but left her yard as follows, your worker ripped up her lawn sprinkler broke it, threw it in her garden, threw her hose onto her flowers, ruined her flower pots by pushing them up against the fence leaving them chipped and cracked, and did not edge anything like it clearly stated in your invoice.
I am appalled by all of this and that you still have you business license. I will make sure that your business ethnics are well noted by all my neighbors and friends.

We have been residential customers of Ever-So-Green since 2004 and expect to remain customers for the long haul. Unlike lawn services which consist of a guy with a pick-up truck and a lawn mower, Ever-So-Green is a thoroughly professional operation. Their three man crew arrives in a large truck and trailer, and does their work quickly using industrial-strength equipment. They have never failed to clean up cut grass and other lawn debris. The crews seem very stable; weve had the same polite and helpful workers servicing our yard for years. The owner is quick to return calls, and has been invariably helpful. We know were small customers, but its clear our satisfaction is important to crew and owner. We pay an annual fee that hasnt changed in the last few years. This is, all in all, a highly reliable, customer-friendly and very well equipped business.
