I appreciated the communication with Nick and his original explanations, bid and overview of our project needs. He was very thorough and honest, giving a realistic picture of our project and cost. Once Gordon (the job foreman) came out, he was exceptional. He answered questions and remained faithful even as we had cold December weather, completing the project and providing a thorough walk-through once the job was complete. Nick assured us that as the weather warms, he would be happy to come out down the road for another explanation of our system once we have the weather/need for it. They cleaned up afterwards and did quality work.

We very much appreciate the work (sprinkler system, new lawn, cut down trees and connected us with a company to remove the stump.) Mario's also did other things we requested and were always willing to listen and make helpful suggestions. The only issue is the evenness of our new lawn. There are places where there are significant dips/holes. We contacted them about the issue and they came back and attempted to even it out, but it didn't work. We wish we could give Mario's 5 stars simply because they were very professional and personable, and did some really fine work and our lawn looks gorgeous. The problem is only detectable when we walk across the lawn.
