- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For audio recording, we generally charge $300 for a two-hour concert or session, and $45 an hour after that. Our video charges are based on the number of cameras and whether we are live switching or editing in post, but they range from $350 for a single camera to $1,200 for a large multi-camera, live-switched production. CD and DVD duplication rates are on a sliding scale depending on the size of the project, from $12 apiece for 25 or under to $5 each for 100 or more.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We commonly record large groups, such as church choirs, school bands and community orchestras, that are too big to record in a studio. Most often we record live performances. We then make small-run, custom CDs. We can also shoot broadcast-style multi-camera video of live performances, either for DVD or web streaming.
