- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually, I price per head. Just makes things easier. Not a lot of waste on either my or my customer's part. Although, in smaller cases (say, an intimate dinner for 2), I price by the meal. Oddly enough, it's more work. In terms of parties, I work within a client's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I like to get to know them. What their favorite things are, what their life is like.. It really helps shine a light on best how to help them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised in a family of cooks and chefs. Food is our collective passion. Nothing makes us more happy than seeing the satisfied looks of a well fed person.
