We reached out to Service Pro Plumbing after our usual plumber failed to return our calls and messages to replace a 50-gallon water heater in Camas.Brooklyn, one of the owners, responded quickly to our online inquiry and asked thoughtful questions about our situation. She was incredibly helpful in getting us on the calendar as soon as possible.Brian, the technician, showed up on time and talked us through several options and the costs/benefits of each (tank vs. tankless). He was efficient and kept us informed as he removed our old unit and installed the new one. Oh, and he wiped down the new tank and surrounding area when he was done...not something most plumbers do!We're so glad we found our new go-to plumbing company!

Jeremy came by to give us a quote on our ancient leaking water heater. He was professional and walked through all of our options. This is the third time weve requested work from Service Pro Plumbing, cant recommend them enough!Update: Jeremy installed the new water heater right away. Very impressed with the speed and availability from calling for a quote to having a new water heater installed in the span of just a few hours.

I called service pro plumbing at 8pm and they offered to have a next day appointment! I had the pleasure of having Jeremy come out to help and he really took his time looking at everything trying to add up what the problem could be and where it was coming from! I really appreciate his knowledge and his efforts, and I especially appreciate his will to not give up on the problem the clog was being stubborn due to roots! He ended up fixing a HUGE clog and gave me options on how to keep maintenance on our pipes! Before leaving, he made sure everything was working properly, and also was kind enough to walk me through what he was seeing and what his plan was to tackle it during the whole process! Thank you Jeremy! You have a great personality and youre incredible at what you do!
