- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, the State along with ASA and NAIFA organization requires us to have continuing education every year prior to renewing our license.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential appraisals for sale/purchase, divorce/dissolution, settlement, insurance, and ad valorem tax, subdivision, new construction, etc. but we also appraise various types of commercial and industrial properties - land, buildings, and machinery and equipment.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please do ask if they are Certified appraisers and belong to a recognized appraiser organization. There's 3 types of appraisal licenses - Licensed Residential Appraiser, Certified Residential Appraiser, and Certified General Appraiser. The highest is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser which all of our appraisers at National Appraisal Company. We are experienced and can handle most complex properties or assignments with no valuation limits.
