- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Tailored Living, we never play games with pricing. We do offer a 5% discount for military service members. And we work with customers with various budgets. We enjoy putting together a design the customer really wants, but if it's not within their budget, many times we can also reverse-engineer a design to maintain the structure but just remove a few bells and whistles to get closer to the budget they have in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free in-home consultation for our clients. Our professional designers will work with the customer to come up with the perfect design, take measurements, then we'll order the custom materials from one of our wonderful cut shops. Once it ships, we'll communicate the schedule with our customer. Once it arrives, we'll inspect for any possible damage during shipping and confirm all parts are accounted for. At that point the we will contact the customer to firm up an installation date. Our own team of installers will then come in, demo if part of the package, install, remove all garbage, clean everything and allow the customer to move right in.
