Installed kitchen cabinet, shelving, master bedroom closet cabinets/shelving, guest bedroom closet shelving and garage cabinets/shelving.The installation team was very professional, throughout the 4 day process they made sure we always understood what was going on and what to expect. Costs ran a little over my budget but it was well worth the expense. The finished work looks amazing, I know that this project will have a positive impact on the value of our home.I highly recommend Tailored Living to anyone planning to update and organize any room in their home!

From my initial consultation to the final completed project, Joni and her staff were a pleasure to work with. The installation guys were respectful of my home and my time; Joni kept me up to speed on where we were at with the delivery and install dates; Kristen (my designer) did a fabulous job with the design, maximizing the space for the greatest functionality, while staying at my desired price point.

Unfortunately all five were in order. We couldn’t believe the difference it has made in our garage, to be able to find things and have everything organized. They were more than worth the time (Which wasn’t an issue, even during COVID)

Joni, Dar and the installation team were all fantastic to work with. From start to finish, the project was a breeze. We did two built in bookshelves and a master closet. From design to installation it was a stress free process. I highly recommend using Tailored Living for any of your built in needs. The best thing about the entire process was the communication. They were all very thorough and kept great timelines. Again, it was a fantastic experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Tailored Living, we never play games with pricing. We do offer a 5% discount for military service members. And we work with customers with various budgets. We enjoy putting together a design the customer really wants, but if it's not within their budget, many times we can also reverse-engineer a design to maintain the structure but just remove a few bells and whistles to get closer to the budget they have in mind.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free in-home consultation for our clients. Our professional designers will work with the customer to come up with the perfect design, take measurements, then we'll order the custom materials from one of our wonderful cut shops. Once it ships, we'll communicate the schedule with our customer. Once it arrives, we'll inspect for any possible damage during shipping and confirm all parts are accounted for. At that point the we will contact the customer to firm up an installation date. Our own team of installers will then come in, demo if part of the package, install, remove all garbage, clean everything and allow the customer to move right in.
