- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Onsite and Remote Support Service are all at a flat rate of $75 an hour! In-shop rates are all fixed priced services ranging from $40 minimum bench charge to $130 OS Reinstall packages. However the trade off of the lower/fixed pricing is that there is a slower turnaround time; typically 3-5 days after diagnosis. We also have Monthly Support Packages for clients that want "help desk" style support!

Our goal is to make your computer work its best, and make you a happy customer! I will give you old fashioned service and treat you as the valued customer that you are.
