Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Right now we are mostly fixing Virus/spyware issue's, we do a lot of laptop screen and dc jack repairs also.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Look for an established company. There are many fly-by-nightes out ther working from home with cheap rates. Some are good others are not. We have been in business at the same location since Aug 1997 and are life long residents. We'll be here for you today and tomorrow!
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask How long they have been in business in this location. What are the hours of operation. Ask for refferals too!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. In same location since 1997 serving Vancouver and Portland customers for over 13 years! We are a small shop that give's customers real service. When you call us, you talk to the people who work an your computers not help desk people reading from a script. Customer service is our #1 goal and repeat business and word of mouth referrals keeps us busy!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Helping people thru our services.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Our most common question seems to be "When will it be done?" We try to turn everything around within 3-4 days, sometimes it takes longer due to parts ordering but we try our best to keep you informed.
