- What types of customers have you worked with?
Quite a few People experience a BSOD ("blue screen of death") usually linked to a wrongly installed driver or need of/poorly performed - repairs. also many peoples computers slow down quite a bit after the years they own them, mostly due to extra little things just running in the background, meaning they run and you dont know it, using your systems resources to just sit and wait, these problems are usually easily fixable.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are legitimate, see an ID to make sure they are representing themselves as themselves, not an alias, meet in a public place if they don't have an office, make sure and write a contract you feel comfortable with.
