My name is Zach, and I have been servicing PCs for seven years and laptops for two years. I have professionally performed service on both for eight months.
I repair computers, and you pay nothing if I can't repair yours. I am honest and fair in providing my service, and this not only entices new customers but creates returning customers.
I specialize in virus removal, software installation, and resource allocation (making your computer run faster).

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Quite a few People experience a BSOD ("blue screen of death") usually linked to a wrongly installed driver or need of/poorly performed - repairs. also many peoples computers slow down quite a bit after the years they own them, mostly due to extra little things just running in the background, meaning they run and you dont know it, using your systems resources to just sit and wait, these problems are usually easily fixable.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure they are legitimate, see an ID to make sure they are representing themselves as themselves, not an alias, meet in a public place if they don't have an office, make sure and write a contract you feel comfortable with.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. The honesty you expect and deserve, as well as the most reasonable rates in the entire USA, I don't charge unless your problem has been fixed, and I can come to you, drop off, pick up, rapid service, most cases are remedied in less than a few hours.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The part I enjoy most is that, while doing something I love doing, I get to constantly meet new people. Another thing, I am always learning as I go, about certain models, certain people, different places, and its always an adventure. I'm Lucky to be able to help people this way.

A. Question: How do I know you're legitimate?
Answer: Everything I do Is contracted, where you hold onto the original contract, as proof of our transaction in process; seeing my ID, taking a business card, and knowing you can contact me anytime during the repair process for an update, or any questions.
