Kudochop, LLC is a locally-owned computer service shop dedicated to providing every customer with the best experience possible, serving Vancouver, WA.
We are located just outside the Vancouver Mall (Westfield Shopping Center) in the Vancouver Mall Drive Business Park.
We want what's best for you. Making sure we are up front with you on all charges and the overall process is very important to us.
One of the worst things that can happen in a customer to company relationship is the loss of trust. All details will be presented before we do any work, and you don't pay until the work is done.
We enjoy using our computers, and we think you should too.
Do you have questions about the general use of your computer? Do you wish you could do something specific, but you have no idea if it's possible?
We have the answer to all of your questions, and can show you how. Just give us a call, e-mail, or stop by, and we will be happy to help.
Here are some examples of the services we provide:
* Virus removal
* Hard drive replacement
* Data recovery/transfer/backup
* Laptop repairs (Screens/Keyboards/DC Jacks)
* In-Home setup of printers/internet/wireless features
* Computer training
* Remote assistance
* Small business services
Everything we do is up front; we will look at your computer with you present so that both the client and the tech have a full understanding of what needs to be done.
We will give you an accurate quote before you leave, and you won't pay until the job is done.
Stop by; give us a call; shoot us an e-mail.

I am very impressed with the high quality of this business. The service was so fast. I loved the fact that there is a girl "geek" because most shops only have guys. I felt very comfortable, they are honest, professional and friendly. The place was clean and inviting. If I have any other computer problems for sure, I am coming back to them. I will highly recommend it to all my friends and co-workers.

A. Make sure you get accurate quotes. Take the time to do a little research if possible on the costs of hardware etc.
A. I would hope to see or know what goes on behind the scenes once I drop my computer off. I would also like to know what exactly I need to do to make the whole process smoother. Do I need to bring any software for you to fix my computer?
A. Ask for previous experience. Who are your previous clients? Where can I read customer reviews about you?
A. What do you use your computer for? Is there any vital information that you can't lose on it? Do you need anything backed up before work is performed that may result in data loss? How fast do you need your equipment back?
A. We enjoy working with computers every day. All of us here have over 10 years of experience with all ranges of computer issues. I would say the best thing about the job is fixing something that people find very important. "You saved my life" its always good to hear something like that. :)
